Raymond The is owner of The Consultancy BV. He is a Program and Interim manager with over 25 years of experience in Operations & IT within Financial Services and Retail. In his previous assignments as Program manager he has been responsible for numerous Data Center fit-outs, application & cloud migrations (> 1500) and standardization (people, process, technology, agility). In the last two assignments he was responsible for the digital transformation of the IT landscape and the way of working in an international environment (Europe, Middle-East, India). Raymond is someone who creates a culture of trust, open communication and high performance across the organization. To get the right result he sets a clear direction and keeps focus until the job is done.
